Direct Purchase Lot: This lot is available for Direct Purchase, meaning you will be purchasing the lot directly from us. The purchase price is the price you’ll pay for the lot and does not include any due diligence or closing costs (attorney, title, survey, perc, etc.) which will be extra. 

If your offer is accepted, you will be notified, typically within 14 days of submitting the offer. We will confirm the details with you then we will each sign a Purchase Agreement and Contract to make it official. The general progression to closing is:

When placing an offer, consider what the lot is worth to you. Low offers (low price, deposit, interest rate, etc.) could result in a great deal for you, but if it’s a lot you really want, consider higher offer terms to be more competitive.
